We will make every effort to offer a vehicle that matches, or closely resembles your own, depending on availability. The selection of replacement cars will be discussed with you, considering the industry category grouping that aligns with the age and type of the vehicle involved in the road traffic incident for which we are providing a temporary replacement. All details will be mutually agreed upon before delivery.
